In fact, we are starting to hear about The Fourth Industrial Revolution we are living in, or Industry 4.0.

This is the marriage of physical and digital technologies, and it promises to change how all of us work.

Dr Sandra Peter from the University of Sydney Business School says  “The emergence of what we recognise as megatrends – A.I., big data, urbanisation, resource security – will create ambiguity and uncertainty.”

And I’m sure regardless of your current role or industry, I bet you’re already starting to feel that.

Please don’t assume that your role can’t be done by a robot.

If fact, assume it can, and then work out what you are going to do about that.
