In this video I look at one of my favourite topics …. culture.

I love it, because it’s truly the human side of a business and is able to be shaped and moulded into something incredible if the leaders are willing to treat it as a priority.

More and more, businesses are realising just how critical this is to their overall success, and now are treating it with the appropriate amount of gravitas.

I know what you’re thinking, ‘how on earth can I, one person, help change something so enormous as my company’s culture?’

Actually, glad you asked, because truthfully, corporate culture is not as terrifying as its reputation … It can be changed on a grassroots level every single day by people like you and me, as much as it can by CEOs and senior leaders.

Let me show you a few simple ideas for how we can effect some serious change in a short space of time.

In this Athena Insights video I look at,

  • How walking the talk leads to great culture
  • How celebration can increase motivation and;
  • How you can incorporate culture into everyday actions.
